Has anyone had trouble with their harddrive (i.e. it is not coming up on the desktop. It shows in the disc utility but its grey and you cant click on it (see screen shot below.) Has anyone clicked repair disk and successfully repaired it? I have never done this... i am assuming it is not formatting it as I have not backed up some of the files on here yet. If anyone has anything to share about this dos and donts or suggestions i would be very grateful! Thank you
