Has anyone read Immanuel Velikovsys Worls in Collision that caused such a stink in the scientific and publishing communities In the 50s and 60s and gave Carl Sagan a case of the red-ass? Its been a few years for me, I originally read it to see what the controversy was about (saw it on my bookshelf, may reread it)...from what I remember, it was a mix of good ideas (catastrophism) and bad ideas (Venus is a comet). If youve read it, Id like your thoughts on it.
