Has anyone seen any legal analysis (kind of like the budget impact notes on state legislation) as to this claim that the Fairness Ordinance would violate Article VI Section 9 of the Louisiana Constitution? I know the Parish Attorney works for the metro Council when they are not firing them, but seems the basic constitutional vetting that would be done before these ordinances are introduced could be made available to the public in this age of technology.
