Has anyone touched this one? When Doc first introduces Marty to the DeLorean at the Twin Pines mall, it is covered in a very thick layer of ice when it returns from one minute in the past. (I always assumed this had something to do with plutonium.) However, theres also ice at the end of Pt 1 when Marty returns to 1985 (remember Marty touching the DeLorean and exclaiming Oh my God?) Well, this travel was powered by a bolt of lightning. I would have just let it go as a time travel thing with the ice, but I began to notice that ice was missing on too many occasions. There was no ice on the DeLorean when it crashed through the barn in 1955, (plutonium) and from Doc returning at the end of Pt 1 from 1955 (Mr Fusion) all the way to the train smashing into the DeLorean... no ice. Any views on this?
