Officials - Check the Exams Dear Bar Turpitude Agents, About work, what should we do with Mr. Howarth’s lying? This corrects part of his deceit. First, I remind about white-collar’s social deviant psychology: The most distinctive aspect of white-collar deviance is the rational execution of the offense to maximize profit, along with the use of power, influence, or respectability to advance the crime and to minimize detection. Second, about Don Howarth, FBI’s report reads: Howarth … had a … relationship with … Kendrick for 25 years. During the ... trial, Mr. Bonas was upset he had no speaking parts [lie]. Because of this Mr. Howarth assigned him to examine one witness [lie]. [H]e was so nervous … from stage fright that he stopped coming to the trial [lie] …. Following this he had very little role in the … case [lie]. This statement is loaded with deceit, the main being my five (5) scheduled examinations, two of which I conducted (Lucky Mike Czaykowski & Safeway’s John Cohen). The third, fourth and fifth being “checking” testimony that Harvard’s Don intentionally clipped from the case after I crushed my first two trial exams with A+ like grades. The clipped exams were from pricing heads Frank Woodard and Mark Orr, whose deposition I took. Other key depositions I ran, which Don burned, was that of American Store’s Whitney Moore on Nielsen/ IRI. These are folks knowledgeable about chain “exchanges” – the blasphemy topic of simple facts that I “scribe” and “share”.
