Has had a really good weekend! Ive learnt to swim front craw already, had some good work out sessions and done boot camp TWICE! This week has been a challenging one for me, Ive had ups and a big low but with the support network around me Ive finally learnt that this competition im in is just the first step of a massive journey and it will not be stopping when this competition is finished. Ive meet loads of amazing and supportive people already and been given a PT that is a cross between the terminator and Lee Evans (tough but funny) he kicks my arse on one hand but is overly supportive the next. For this I feel very grateful and proud for were I am today and cant wait to see were I end up. My journey may not be simple and easy but Ive finally strapped myself in and ready to take the ride.... I guess what Im saying is thank you to everyone that has been by my side this far. I have a lot of love for each and everyone of you :)
