Has hydro Quebec broken their promise when they said they were going to give the cree people hydro subsidy? i remember we used to get over a thousand before and today in waswanipi we get 200. if Hydro Quebec has broken their promise then our leaders need to make some noise cause agreements are being broken! who is fighting for the hydro subsidy for the people or maybe hydro didnt break their promise. maybe our leaders are stealing our money which is rightfully ours. i dont know i have to ask at the waswanipi general assembly to find out more about this. i also know that niskamoon distributes the money. something is not right. we should go to the media if hydro broke any agreements!
