Via David Kuria Hi , today a Human Rights Defender who is a petitioner in a case filed by LSK Verses Nakuru County Governor for swearing in County Excutiive nominees who had been rejected by the county Assembly, Mr. Wyclife Agesa Oguda left Nakuru Court after the case was given another Hearing date on 21/8/2013 he was arrested at Chamhas Hotel by 2 plain polices officers and locked at Centra Police Station charges robbery with violence. I met the PPO Mr. Wambara and later the OCS with ather activist. He agreed to give him a Police Bond of 10,000 Cash. I think some one is trying to fix him he has been threatened since the case started. I will up date you later. D.Kuria Nakuru HRD
