Has the county commissioners and/or the tarboro town council got together over the drastic hit Tarboro is going to take in the next year...From all reports seems the tar river bridge which directly connects tarboro to outlying areas such as leggett and surrounding areas is about to be shut down in the coming month and be down for what is being quoted as close to a year...going into the holiday season where most businesses make the largest amount of their yearly earnings and the amount of businsses already scraping by this couldnt come at a worse time...sure there are still other routes to tarboro but it for the vast majority will be just as quick if not quicker to simply head to rocky mount where the majority of those i have spoke with or heard discussing it said they will do until the bridge returns...your thoughts???
