Hate crimes against Muslims are on the rise and we need to learn to defend ourselves, especially the sisters. Im an advocate of learning martial art for its martial aspect and because of the self-discipline it teaches. It could just be my ignorance, but I know of no women-only martial arts classes in Luton. None of that boxercise stuff, but actual martial arts with a syllabus that teaches kicking, punching, wrestling, grappling, dislocation, joint manipulation etc. If there are classes available, if you could post some stuff, thatd be brilliant.
