High Wind WARNING in effect for all but Catt & Alleg Cos, (with a lesser Wind Advisory in those cos.) starting at 8 PM into Christmas, and a Lakeshore Flood WARNING will be in effect from 10pm to 1pm tomorrow for the Lake Erie shoreline...greatest damage risk from late evening until around 5 AM.
