Haters: They really admire you. You or maybe your lifestyle represents something they want or wish to become... but they loathe it because theyre too insecure to attempt to become it for themselves. They need your approval, friendship, or to somehow weld their misery onto your life in any way in order to feel secure or satisfied within themselves. The person they want to be they feel they cannot be, but you are that person to them. To compensate, they have to be close to u in some way, gossip about you, savor the bitter taste of your happiness in some petty or subtly destructive way. Sometimes thats not even enough because they want to be you... theyll try to take your date, take yo money, swag, reputation, or critique every idea you have & every detail of your life, tortured by your success & envious of every accomplishment- trying relentlessly to diminish them just to make themselves feel a little better about being less than you. Whats sad is that some never realize that the entire time... the energy and focus they think they do not possess, they actually do, but are starving & wasting away slowly relentlessly focusing so much of it on you.
