Have 4 whole and 6 half pork tender loins to put in the freezer tomorrow from when I fired the smoker up for the 4th of July. I cooked 8 whole tender loins for us, a whole one for my neighbor next door, and a half one for my neighbor across the street. Had 25 pounds of country style ribs & 20 brats with room to spare. Most of the ribs and brats are gone. After vacuum sealing those tender loins up and putting them in the freezer, its good eating for several months to come. I will be taking one however to my good friends Steve & Wendy Wilson in Destin very soon.
