Have Faith in God Faith is strong belief, trust and confidence in something or someone. To make meaning out of our existence here on earth, one must: 1. Believe in God: have strong, active belief in the existence of God; that He is almighty, all-knowing and all-powerful, though invisible; that He is fair, just and equitable in all His ways; that He handsomely rewards those who love Him passionately, obey Him willingly and serve Him diligently. One must also acknowledge that JESUS CHRIST is the express image of that invisible God. 2. Believe Him: trust Him; obey Him. He is trustworthy and dependable. He does not lie. He abides faithful. He is reliable. He keeps His promises. He can never fail. 3. Rely on Him: repose absolute confidence in Him; love Him; obey Him; take refuge in Him. Some trust in chariots because they are swift; some in horses because they are strong. Some have their confidence in men of means; others make their boast in money; and yet others in their occult prowess and capacity to do evil; but as for me, I will remember the name of the Lord, my God. When those who trust in their little nameless idols have fallen, I will still be standing up right; the name of the Lord is a strong tower, wherein the righteous run into and are saved. His name is JESUS! Believe in the Lord, Jesus Christ and you shall be: saved, healed, helped, delivered, strengthened, upheld, protected, preserved, promoted, prospered, propelled, pampered and established in life.
