Have Hotspot will travel - there is no excuse for not exercising or having access to a class IF you have a mobile phone & wifi/hotspot. Were always away or somewhere different & Im hotspotting to my PC from my phone for yoga this morning. Sometimes its relatively easy to lose motivation & say you dont have time or cant be bothered going to a class, you dont have the right outfit, you dont have the right shoes & cant be bothered getting dressed. Dont! Stay in your pyjamas, use a towel if you must. Find a comfortable spot & prop up your phone or PC. No fees, no contracts, no finding a spot & no noisy, chatty people or reusing mats. You could go outside if you have a long battery, you could go down the beach & plug in your headset to your phone if you dont even need to watch the video & just listen. Without yoga, you can go for a walk, stretch, everything we do all day; washing, gardening, chores around the house are keeping us active & the moving the feel good chemicals. Up & at it :) Namaste
