Have I been training and working out? Of course. Just nothing super spectacular from most perspectives. Again other than what I do show you MOST of my training when I am not hitting barz is mobility training and fixing my movement patterns along with very basic core strengthening drill. For Instance here is what I did on here in the office Monday. Slow lunge with resistance band rotation (posture focus drill) Dynamic 180 lunge (via Functional Patterns) Very hardcore release of Glute Medius to address hip imbalance (works better than the drills my PT gave me and I informed them of this also via Functional Patterns) Head nods with kneeling rocking (via Original Strength) Piriformis release (lacrosse ball HIGHLY INTENSE) Walking single leg non weight bearing deadlift Resistance band assisted stretching. Again this looks boring to most BUT THIS IS HOW YOU GET STRONGER AND IMPROVE. But most are not patient nor discipline enough to train like this. Adopting this type of training 80% of the time has IMPROVED my strength, movement, and my bar game, BOOM!!!
