Have I mentioned how excited I am to go back to RN school!?! :) :) :) still may finish my MBA when Im done. it took me being a reentry to finish lpn school. It took me almost 5 years to complete my bachelors from switching schools so many times and Ill be a reentry for this but that just shows Im determined to complete my education. With 4 years of experience as an lpn and already passing the bridge course & finally on an adhd med that works so i can actually focus - I know Im ready to blow this program out of the water & be a great RN. Only going to take 11 months! But everyone knows Im going to be a lifetime student so no stopping there! This girl aint stopping til Im at least a nurse practitioner or an RN III clinical supervisor. I got pregnant with Kameron at 18 and lived in a one bedroom apartment working at Target. Its been up & down but my children will NEVER be the reason I dont reach my dreams, theyll be the reason I do. If I preach anything to anyone its GO TO SCHOOL or get a trade or join the military. Where theres a will theres a way. It may rub people the wrong way but being a parent or having to work is no excuse to not make something of yourself. Just get out there.
