Have a listen to the story of how the many atrocities committed by the Turks on the Assyrians in the name of Islam during their EVIL Ottoman Empire. I once told Greg and Terry to pray for the Assyrians, given that since they went on missions to Japan, they might have first brought Christianity to your family. Greg said, actually I think we were probably saved here, but thank you. To think I used to get criticized for my love of Japanese Culture and making friends in Japan because Japan never apologized for its atrocities and crimes against humanity in World War II, well, the Turks never apologized for these atrocities in World War I. I remember I was once asked, Come on Wes, dont you like the Turks? NO! Just go google their historic Ottoman Empire. I told them. To think, I used to get criticized for my love of Japanese Culture and making friends in Japan because Japan never apologized for its wrong doings in World War II, yet the Turks never apologized for these atrocities in World War I, and have risked their entire NATO status, hopes to join the E.U. and their entire relations with Canada and the United States and other nations like them because of this. The Assyrians are once again suffering like this on that mountain that ISIS is now attacking in the same way they were then, as are the Yazidis and many others.
