Have a look at the disastrous condition of these Charles & Keith Hand bags (not just with these bags, with a few more too), not very long of their purchase that too from their new arrivals, and after being used for a couple of times only. Yes, the brand is primarily chosen for its trendy designs and not for high durability, but its disappointing that such low quality products are being sold by a reputed fashion brand and how easily we get enticed & pay big bucks for it too. And there are other popular brands too in this category that are selling such low quality stuff. Less than a month of purchase, of one of these bags, not even used once, and it was already showing signs of wear and tear! More so, totally disappointed with their customer care and their irresponsible answers. On complaining, they conveniently and confidently blame it on storage issues and weather conditions.
