Have a look at this stats of last 5 years(2008-2013): 1.Petrol rates increase by 49%: From 42.5 rs/l to 72 rs/l. 2. Electricity cost increased by 213%, From Rs 3.2/unit to Rs6.24/unit 3. Diesel cost increased by 73%, From 37.5 Rs/litre to Rs 53.1/litre. 4. Bus fare up by 53%. 5. Metro fare up by 34%. 6. Look at the butter (from 12 rs to 33rs/100g) i.e 259% nd milk cost up by 54%. 7. Regitration tax which we pay while buying a vehicle (car/scooter) up by 43%. 8. Passed a new bill named as property tax. 9. Onion prices up by 134% 10. Tomato prices up by 78%. 11. Potato prices up by 45%. Nd cooking food without these 3 is not possible nd that is why now if we want to have lunch/diner at some decent place we have to spend Rs.500 for 2 where it used to be 250 or 300 five years back. 12. Not only this.. Entertainment tax up by 72%. Which makes watching a movie at cinema would cost u not less than 250/person where back in 2008 it used to be 100 or 150. 13. Insurance policy rates revised nd up by 39%. 14. Auto fares up by 67%. 15. Sales tax and vat ( from 4.7% to 12.5%) which makes every thing in market costlier by atleast 45 to 50%. 16. CRIME RATE UP BY 50%. Even medical healthcare has the worst effect of this which got an inflation of about 276%. In short the surviving cost in india has gone up by 230%.. I.e if a family of 4 members needed 15000-20000/Month for healthy survival in 2008, now they need 45000-50000/Month for survival now (2013). A BIG QUESTION IS.... HAVE UR INCOME/SALARY GOT THAT MUCH INCREASE TO SUPPORT UR FAMILY?????? Answer: NO, salary have hardly got increased by 30%(max). Infact government had applied stupid rules to fetch more taxes from the people (like new HRA rule of tax exemption of only rs 8324/month frm rs 15000/month earlier). Our government/Leaders is not correct.! They are just filling their lockers from our hard earned money..given to them as taxes. I am not a supporter of kejriwal or modi.. I am just against the current government..( CONGRESS).. Guys this is not for me or one person.. Its for u.. ITS FOR YOU... ITS FOR ALL.. Please find out time nd cast ur vote.. To nyone (modi/kejriwal) but make sure congress should not come back this time.. Coz then, no one would be able to survive.. As the inflation would touch skies. Please find out 10 MINS out of your busy schedule on dec 4 (Wednesday) save your next 5 YEARS.! You might reach your office 1/2 an hour late but it would save ur next 5 Years!
