I missed a supplement/day of the Challenge/Cleanse, should I start over or continue taking the products? •While it is best to take the supplements as suggested by the 24-Day Challenge™ Guide for maximum absorption and results, it is better to take the missed supplements when remembered and pick up where you left off rather than leaving out that supplement or day completely. Can you offer a variety pack of AdvoCare Spark®? •Because some products, like AdvoCare Spark®, have several different flavors provided by different manufacturers, we are unable to provide AdvoCare Spark® in a variety pack.
