Have a realistic goal. Thats what they say right? You come up with a goal, you get all excited and then everyone tells you to be realistic. Its good to be enthusiastic. The key to it, is to surround yourself with enthusiastic people. Anyway, what is realistic? Generally its put down to possible vs probable. Is it realistic to achieve this goal? You will determine this by one of two things. Probability or possibility. Simple. Probably going to fail because I always do Vs Possible I can succeed this time because I will learn from before. Probability and possibility are two different things. Probability is expectation based on previous experience. Possibility is expectation based on creating an experience. If its possible, and you have a plan, and time is the only factor, then it is a realistic goal. Youre creating the path. Just because you failed before doesnt mean its impossible you cant succeed. The only unrealistic part of a goal is the timeframe you out in it. Stop getting in your own way. Learn from the past, dont let it be who you are. Stop believing that people are born successful. They arent, they work for it. Anything is possible. Get a team of friends who believe that your goals are possible too.
