Have a youngish (coming 6, with a younger brain) APHA gelding at 16.2hh... Been in dressage training for the last 6 months. He is ready to start jumping... has played over X.s. My owner is getting married, is also spending 3 months in the Reserves late Spring, works nights and is tired, the drive is too far and blah, blah, blah. Has learned she does not have the time to commit to him and feels uber guilty. Hes a good boy. Jumping will be super for him as he is ready to get out of the endless 20 meter circle and focus on activities in front of his face. Has learned how to stretch into the bridle! Goes in a Dr. Bristol for his Ammy Owner and it is plenty of bit. Active, busy brain but kind. Learning to think. Good manners, sometimes a little silly under saddle peeking at things, but never mean.A quick reprimand and hes right back to work. Stands for Farrier. Have old dogs, young dogs, stupid dogs, chickens, guineas, ducks and peacocks that he is desensitized too... All of the above have times when the crowd goes wild running or flying across the arena to the bark or be chased by the neighbors dogs. Priced affordably at $6k. If sold before December 31st, owner would take less just to not have to continue to have to pay board/training.
