Have always been a supporter of law enforcement and obeyed Officers even when I knew they were wrong.I have recently figured out,Law enforcement,has no problem direguarding the law,when it suits them. Stopped by the Deep End to see The disciples of the Crow Sunday morning(12am) after my gig at The Pelican pub. In the bar walks a police officer. He walks strait up to the lead singer of the band in the middle of a song and tells him to stop playing. It was about 1:20am. The noise ordinance on Dauphin Island is 2 am. No explanation,didnt talk to the bar manager, just a nonverbal threat of jail if they didnt stop.No arrest were made,the cop just sat outside for ten minutes to make sure they didnt play, then left. Sort of reminds me of a communist country.
