T-Mobile has not been doing great with maintaining their existing customers lately as Ive been with them over 7 years and their customer service and existing customer specials have disintegrated and the outside insurance company (Asurion I think) is garbage. The phone and insurance companies seem to give each other incomplete information leading to poor outcomes for customers. Things that matter most to us are cell and data service, price, upgrade options availability and/or insurance, and customer service.
