Have been assessing whats going on in my life right now - this pretty much sums it up: laying on the floor because the rug got pulled out from underneath me; regardless of how hard I try or how much effort goes into the things I/we do its not good enough; (said about dave numerous times) dave, you would be a better pastor if you would read this book or that book or go talk to someone who knows what theyre doing; trying to focus on the goals at hand only to be ignored; this is what I hear lately both spoken and in action: you would be a better mom if.....you would be a better grandma if....you would be a better in law if......you would be a better pastor if..... you would be better if.........if what? If what then? Conformance to your standards of what your definition of better is?
