Have had no internet since 8.45 a.m. on Saturday. Lots of time wasted re-booting, on the phone to Telstra Platinum Service - how useful is that if they dont have any technicians left to keep the network operating? No mention of an outage in this area until this morning, probably when it has become too difficult to hide that fact. Its just as well that I had a visitor who loaned me a laptop with Wi-fi, now I can pay a bill which carries a $200.00 late payment penalty. Ill be telling Malcolm exactly what I think of his management capabilities as soon as Im up and running again.
