Have heard from the some reliable sources that Ministry of Corporate Affairs have approved the plan to take away the certification work under Company Law from Professionals... If it would be happen, what will left to freshers CS who are willing to be in practice. It will be better for them to practice as an Advocate. It is also deemed that the Ministry will seek the recommendation from the ICSI too. Dont know our council members are taking the institute to new high of BOTTOM. If it is not going to be happen, we ask the council members to give clarification by a written note that they will not recommend the same to the ministry and they will take corrective step against the ministry if this will be happen becoz it is the based on the earning of thousand of members Views of other members are invited and appreciated.
