Have heart day 2 meal plan Ginger lemon tea with no milk or sugar, and a banana was breakfast. Was excited about what my food guru Anuradha Sawhney has packed for dabba today. Have look...oil free wholegrain menu hai. Lauki ka saalan....with oat rotis, carrot cucumber salad, whole wheat daliya upma for evening snack, and i just polished off the peanut milk chaas.
