Have to agree with everything my colleague Emma says as follows...... When is this twat stop blaming us....no nurse ever goes out of their way to cause pressure sores or urine infections and as for falls....patients do fall in hospital as they do at home ...we dont go around pushing them......that awful sick feeling that every nurse gets when a patient falls and you can see they have a fractured neck of femur is haunting ......the level of care is more acute than fifty years ago...staff us properly.....pay us according to inflation would be nice too , but above all dont blame us for government mistakes....work our wards with us ...see the reality of what we are nursing and open your bloody eyes ....the majority of us are working our guts out to give the best care we possibly can despite the hurdles and despite the pay freeze !!!!!
