Have to brag for my hubby who just called all proud and Im sure grinning from ear to ear about his dog Apache... Since I was showing him and he was doing so well he used him with cattle but I tried keeping him from using him in overly sticky situations with the cattle as he did get kicked very bad when he was younger and it makes me nervous.. Any how today he went up to check cattle and to big bulls were on death war with each other and tore up fences, tanks etc, and werent giving to each other and not a people in a not friendly spot in the small corral they gotten them self shoved into. So he opens gates and gets Apache and he stopped them and got them moving down alley and with Tom they separated them... He was just so proud of his dog.. Anyone who has seen to bulls really decided its a death tangle would understand this is very tricky deal the bulls are so wound up they take everything around them and they are big and strong and deadly.... So Apache earned more than his keep today in the working world..... Hubby said youd think he done this task every day of his life he said he went right in heeled them and got there attention very fast and they were respectful of the 60lb dog in seconds they probably are over 1500lbs a piece if not more..
