Have to do a shout out and thank you to Bank of America today for being so on top of stuff on my account. Yesterday afternoon my debit card was left at a place of business that I will not name around where I live. Later on last night it was used at MANY different locations INCLUDING trying to take out money at an ATM...which I thought was the most moronic thing you could try to do with it....BUT...they refunded all the transactions to my account...so...technically...no harm done on my end...just a scare. I went down to the business and asked to speak with the manager and quietly let him know what had happened. I realize the person who did it was a teenager...God knows all the dumb shit I have messed up in my life. I told him I was not going to the police or pressing charges or anything but let them know that the bank was going to probably be investigating them and that since the worker had used an ATM and several gas station pumps...they most definitely have his face on file. I told the manager to deal with it however they wanted but I would not be doing anything further but I managed to get some gift cards out of the situation for my troubles all morning. If they end up being fired over it, I hope all the things they used my card for hold them over til they get another job and are just happy they are not in jail. ;) So....yay....Thanks B of A
