Have to give my Jr. BADgers a shot out for their hard work tonight...they saw a much different side of me tonight but they all rolled with it and went into work mode... just like a BADger is supposed to. Thought I would share their "atta badgers" i posted in our group Serena...you are going to do amazing...even if you power clean 135#. But I can guarantee it will be easier if you use your hips David..we found your "thing". You are the wall ball master. Your look of pride and accomplishment on your face tonight was absolutely priceless. Krystal...watching you go from getting tangled in the rope to being ready to do double unders in under 10 min is awesome! James...as usual...nearly made me cry. Seeing you rep out the sit ups tonight was incredible...not to mention ALSO mastering the jump rope and ready to start working on double unders. Thank you for putting up with my serious side tonight and just getting down to work.
