Have to play catch up on my squats today. Going to break them up throughout the day. I was given a hugh reminder yesterday how we take for granted the littlest things in life. I use to post from the bible almost everyday, it helped me keeped focused on what was truly important, I had gotten away from that and dived into self pity. Yesterday, hopefully was my last surgery. I pray that I have learned from this experience and can help those who I can. God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation.
