Have to say, coming on here and looking at all these players, so called players, people, fans, and absolute muppets saying that Mark Selby was lucky, worst final ever, etc etc really makes me laugh and wonder what these people were actually watching!!! Selby played the perfect game to beat Ronnie.....he had the game plan right from the off, he stuck to it all the way through the final even when it didnt seem like it was quite working at the early stages of the final. I also think that Ronnie put in one of his best mental performances ever...there so many points in the match where the old Ronnie would have blown up, but he kept his composure and kept battling right to the end! And, Yes like the majority of people, Osullivan is my favourite player too because he is great to watch with an unreal talent, but, I also fully appreciate what an absolute master class Selby put on, some of the best safety Ive seen....and from 10-5 down it was simply a clinic!! If I had to choose a single word to describe Selbys play in this final I would choose RELENTLESS!! Well done Mark Selby, 2014 world snooker champion!!
