Have to share. I have a longterm client that Ive worked with for five years. In August they did an acquisition. As a result, the Director of Marketing is losing her job. The acquisition also brings an established relationship with a US PR firm. So Im safely assuming that Ive lost the business. However, despite facing difficult circumstances herself, the outgoing Director of Marketing went to bat with the new VP of Marketing on my behalf, and Im learning the relationship may not wind down as expected. Whether anything comes of it for Ignition, I am struck by the graciousness and generosity of this lady. She is a great person and I know will land a fantastic role soon. Im certainly going to do all I can to help her. #grateful #clientawesomness
