Have we ever thought seriously about the words of Jesus in Matthew 7. Jesus was not talking about the people we see every day doing prostitution, drunkards, or smokers, law breakers or thieves or people we see doing various sins around us. HE WAS TALKING ABOUT THE VERY PEOPLE WHO WE LOOK AT AS HOLY, PREACHERS, SERIOUS CHURCH MEMBERS,EVEN SABBATH KEEPERS, EVANGELISTS, PEOPLE GREAT IN PRAYER,(some amongst us are like that of course not everyone is hiding sin) but have secret sins that no one knows mostly and have not repented nd continue in sin while looking holy to the general church members. When Christ comes a lot of secrets will come out from people we never expected that they can miss heaven because of hidden or secret sins OR INIQUITY(SINNING KNOWINGLY) and not repenting.They MAINTAIN a good picture while in the presence of the church. ITS TIME TO MAKE SURE WE MAKE THINGS RIGHT ESPECIALLY IN THINGS WE KNOW ALONE IN PRIVATE so that we will be safe when Christ comes. Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in your name have cast out devils? and in your name done many wonderful works? 7:23 And then will I profess to them, I never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity. Check, this verse says you that work iniquity. Iniquity is sinning knowingly. meaning we knew we were sinning but just decided to continue deliberately for reasons best known to us. LET US MAKE UP OUR MINDS SAINTS TO BE 100% FOR CHRIST REGARDLESS OF THE TIME WE ARE IN. God can give us strength to overcome if we only ask him. ITS FREE
