Have you been dipped in JESUS the Christ name? For the first - TopicsExpress

Have you been dipped in JESUS the Christ name? For the first 200 years of the Holy Apostolic Catholic Church the believers knew God only by one name and that name is LORD Jesus Christ. When I say catholic I do not mean Roman Catholic. The revelation of the Man called Jesus the Christ our LORD was understood by the first church in the New Testament Pattern according to heavenly vision. From the day of Pentecost fifty days after the Resurrection of our LORD Jesus Christ the apostles and prophets of our LORD preached the name of the LORD Jesus Christ. They understood by the apostles doctrine that the Man called Jesus of Nazareth was the LORD manifested as the Son of God in the flesh born of the virgin Mary. Yes in the Holy Bible it states that Jesus was a Man such as where it states; Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know: Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:, and Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:, but they knew that this Man was LORD and CHRIST such as where it states; Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ. Brothers and sisters, LORD and Christ means Adoniah: Master God of the Universeand The Anointed One.This is why the apostle Peter said- Let all the house of Israel know.... The house of Israel from childhood was taught by their parents Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:. Thus Peter the apostle commanded the house of Israel the following-Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. You would have to completely rewrite the scriptures or attach Roman Catholic false teaching to it to make it say anything other than Jesus is LORD. The scriptures states that no man can sayJesus is LORD but by the Holy Spirit- Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. The word translated Lord in the KJV comes from the Greek word Kyrios which means boss but the actual translation ought to be from the Hebrew word Adoniah which means Master God of the Universe. This is the same Adoniah Elohim that walked in the Garden of Eden with the first Adam. The Greek language did not have a word equal to the Hebrew word Adoniah hence they used the word which is Kyrios. Everywhere in the New Testament Pattern according to heavenly vision that the word Lord is found speaking of Jesus the Christ it uses this word kyrios. We need to understand that Jesus is Adoniah and The Anointed One just like the apostles preached his name. The name Adoniah is the revealed name of YHWHto man in the Garden of Eden. All the names of YHWH revealed in the Old Testament Pattern according to heavenly vision is finalized in the name of the LORD Jesus Christ. We see the revelation of the name of our LORD in the Book of Acts and the apostles understood that this is the very name of what Jesus commanded the believers when he said-And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: In all the references to the phrase the name of Jesus or any actions done in the name of Jesus or the Lord it reveals the One God of Israel. In no time as recorded in scripture are the titles of the threefold manifestation of God used by the first church such as Peter the apostle saying-Repent and be baptized everyone of you in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost.... Peter the apostle understood all the fullness of the Godhead bodily was in Jesus. He understood the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost is Jesus. Notice that Jesus did not say in the names but in the name. The very fact that Jesus Christ himself said name reveals that He was referring to Himself but as a Man he did not exalt Himself but humbled himself as stated by the apostle Paul-Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. When Jesus said baptize them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost he was revealing the ultimate work of God for the Eternal Redemption of human beings. God is Father. God is Son. God is Holy Spirit. Yet, God is One individual Spirit. He is a Spirit for Jesus said;God is a Spirit or God is Spirit. The Holy Spirit conceived the Son of God in the womb of the virgin Mary on the day that the messenger of God, Gabriel, appeared to her. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the LORD. The LORD is our Father. The scriptures state; the LORD is that Spirit.Jesus taught his disciples to pray Our Father which art in heaven. This was not new to the people of Israel because there are many scriptures in the Old Testament Pattern according to heavenly vision that speak of God as Father such as in Isaiah where it states; Doubtless thou art our father, though Abraham be ignorant of us, and Israel acknowledge us not: thou, O Lord, art our father, our redeemer; thy name is from everlasting. This God who is Fatheris the same Holy Ghost that conceived the Son of God in the womb of the virgin Mary. Scripture states in the Gospel of Dr. Luke- And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God. Thus we can understand the mystery of mysterys when the Man, Jesus of Nazareth was baptized by John the Baptizer where it reveals in scripture-Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him. But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me? And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him. And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hence, when our LORD Jesus Christ commanded the apostles to baptize in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost, he meant what he said and Peter the apostle obeyed this command along with the first church that was birthed on the day of Pentecost fifty days after the Resurrection of our LORD as we see in the book written by Dr. Luke in the Acts of the Apostles. We do not see three thrones in heaven as taught by the Tertullian Doctrine but we see the threefold manifestations of the One God of Israel and all the fullness of this God of Israel in the individual person- the Man Christ Jesus who is the individual Godhead. The same Holy Spirit who is the LORD our Father is in Christ. The scriptures state that God was in Christ. Thus the manifestations recorded in the Gospels of the threefold cord of agreement in manifestation of the One God of Israel is in essence and expression but capsules in Jesus Christ. This is why the apostle Peter stated in his epistle-For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount. When it states he its talking about the Man, Christ Jesus. In this Man who is the incarnate Word or the Word became flesh dwells all the fullness of the Godhead. What Godhead? The individual Godhead as stated in scriptures- Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:. Let us now look at the book of Acts of the Apostles and discover in the scriptures the occasions where the name of Jesus is used or suggested. 1. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Her we see the expression the name of the Lord. We shall see that in the string of scriptures in the this book of Acts the Lord is Jesus. The letter to the Ephesians say there is one Lord. 2. Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. This is fulfillment of our Lords command to baptize in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and the Holy Ghost. 3. Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. This is the third miraculous event in the Book of acts the first being the (a) outpouring of the Holy Ghost, (b) the 3000 souls saved and (c) the healing of the cripple as this scripture is origin. 4. And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. Her we see it was faith in the name of Jesus that brought healing to the cripple. This is the New Testament Pattern according to heavenly vision that the First Church acted on and the name they only knew, the name of Jesus Christ our LORD. Lets look further. 5. Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Here in this scripture we see that this command to repent corresponds with the command -Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. The first scripture indicates the name of Jesus Christ. Both have the same content (1) Repent (2) Jesus Christ. 6. Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. We see in this scripture that healing is in the name of Jesus and there is no other name given among men whereby we may be saved or healed. same thing. Thus the name that Jesus Christ the man who did not exalt himself but became a Servant of God, the name he was referring to in the command to baptize in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost ... is the name of the nucleus of the essence of the One God of Israel...Jesus Christ our LORD. 7. But that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name. And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus. Here we see that the apostles were threaten not to speak or teach in the name of Jesus. why is it that many denominations and political groups or religious gatherings have no problem when praying in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost until you mention the name of Jesus Christ our LORD it is only then that the groups noted above will find offence? This is because the First Council of Nicaea when forming the modern Roman Catholic Doctrine curbed the name of Jesus Christ in a blindied preliminary act of the coming Beast of the Earth or the False Prophet as predicted by John the apostle that will deceive the nations and cause all the inhabitants of the earth to worship the Beast of the Sea the Antichrist, the Wicked One or the One World Ruler. 8. By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus. Here we see the apostles praying to God for miracles in the name. 9. And to him they agreed: and when they had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go. And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name. Here we see the apostles beaten and threaten for speaking in the name of Jesus. They suffered for the name of Jesus. 10. And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit. Here we see Stephen stoned and calling on God...Jesus Christ our Lord. 11. But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women. Here we see Phillip preached Jesus name. This is some time after the Day of Pentecost and the same New Testament Pattern according to heavenly vision is practiced by the first church...preaching the name of the LORD Jesus Christ. 12. For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. Here we see that those under the miracle ministry of Phillip were baptized in Jesus name. 13. And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. Here we see Saul of Tarsus asking Who art thou Lord and the answer is Jesus name. 14. And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name. But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel: For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my names sake. This scripture is Referring to Paul who was Saul giving his account of his conversion and revelation of the Son of God. He tells of a disciple who knew that Saul persecuted believers in the first church because of the name of Jesus and that now Paul who was Saul would suffer for the same name he once persecuted. 15. But Barnabas took him, and brought him to the apostles, and declared unto them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus. Here we see that Paul who was Saul of tarsus after his conversion preached boldly Jesus Name. 16. To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins. This scripture is where the apostle Peter who on the Day of Pentecost commanded all the house of Israel to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ is now stating the same thing to Gentiles. 17. While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter, Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days. Here we see that Peter the apostle again obeys the command of LORD Jesus when he said baptize them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost which is Jesus Christ our LORD. Would Peter and the rest of the apostles disobey the command of our LORD to baptize in the name of the Father, and of the Son and the holy Ghost by baptizing in the name of Jesus Christ our LORD? No they fulfilled it. 18. And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying, Men and brethren, hearken unto me: Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name. And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written, After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up: That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth all these things. Here we see that at the first council gathering of the first church in Jerusalem our LORDs brother states that the Gentiles would call and trust in the name. This is in conflict of interest with the First Council of Nicea whose instructions were under the influence of the Tertullian Doctrine of the Trinity that segmented God into three separate Beings verses the teaching in the Holy Bible from Genesis to Revelation that the New Testament name of God is Jesus Christ our LORD. 19. Men that have hazarded their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. In this scripture the apostles select men who have hazard their lives for the name of our LORD Jesus Christ. 20. And this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And he came out the same hour. This scripture reveals the apostle Paul casting out a demon in the name. 21. When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. In this verse of scripture we see the apostle Paul following the already set down New Testament Pattern according to heavenly vision as baptizing as the apostle Peter did in the name of Jesus. 22. Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth. And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so. And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified. This is an account where some men that attempted to invoke the name of Jesus without being baptized in that name tried to cast out a demon and the demon attacked them because they were not washed in the Precious Blood of Jesus. News spread about this event and Jesus name was magnified and fear of the LORD came upon all who heard it. 23. Then Paul answered, What mean ye to weep and to break mine heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus. Here Paul is ready to die for the name like all the believers of the first church who loved not their lives unto death were ready to do. 24. And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord. Paul in giving his testimony about his conversion testifies before the council that he called on Jesus name being baptized, 25. I verily thought with myself, that I ought to do many things contrary to the name of Jesus of Nazareth. Again the apostle Paul in defense for the name of Jesus states that he was contrary to the name until the LORD revealed the name to him on the way to Damascus on the street called straight where God set the record straight that in the name of Jesus our LORD and Christ only is salvation. These are 26 scriptures in the Book of the Acts of the Apostles in the first church that give indication or without doubt or directly reveal that the name of the LORD Jesus Christ is the New Testament name of God. More scriptures in the Book of Acts have the mention of Jesus Christ name but these reveal the usage. This is the name that was taught in during the first 200 years of the Holy Apostolic and Catholic Church until the Emperor Constantine. In the 3rd century 1800 Bishops were summoned and it was there that the Roman Catholic Church curbed the name of Jesus Christ our LORD. The purpose of the God of Israel in manifesting Himself in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost which is the name of the LORD Jesus Christ is well stated by the apostle Paul when he said; The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen. The love of God is for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son..., this is Gods great love toward us as Paul stated to the Ephesians-But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: The communion of the Holy Ghost is our relationship to God in his fullness through the unmerited favor he gave us in Jesus Christ our LORD. Why do we baptize in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost which is LORD Jesus Christ? We do it because we follow the doctrine of the apostles of the Lamb as stated by John the disciple whom Jesus loved-That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full. Then this same apostle says;Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. The God of Israel is manifested in us in the now by the same Holy Spirit that conceived Jesus Christ in the womb of the virgin Mary by the Holy Ghost. When we received the sacrament of baptism in the name of the LORD Jesus Christ our spirits are born from above or born anew as Johns Gospel states that Jesus said-There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again (from above), he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mothers womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again (from above). When we partake of the Word of this Gospel through obedience by being baptized as our Lord Jesus commanded to bebaptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost which is what Peter the Apostle and the father of the Holy Apostolic and Catholic Church confirmed is the name of the LORD Jesus Christ, we partake of the Heavenly Vision from God as Paul experienced it along with all the first church born on the Day of Pentecost-At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me. And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest. But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee, To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
