Have you done Pilates before? Its a CORE workout! I was inspired today & so heres a 3 for Thursday for you: 3 core exercises - 3 min TOTAL. Add it to your workout or use it to get you started! Tips below... #1: Swimmers can be modified to just lifting the opposite arm and leg in one action at a time letting the body rest in between #2: Lift & Rotate - with these and all in the series, draw your tummy in tight and relax your neck #3: Supermans can have arms lifting in front or out to the side Each exercise for 1 minute each and rest your back in childs pose at the end. Bonus tip: in each exercise relax your neck and shoulders, eyes 5-10 centimeters in front of you, and tummy tight!
