Have you ever been at the grocery store or someplace like Target and have someone totally walk off with your cart? And then you find the person with your cart and you laugh about it and get the cart back. Today I had the opposite. They took my cart, I found it and they refused to admit they accidentally took it. No, this is my cart. Really? Because it has all the things Im buying in it. Every item. All. Of. Them. Im buying those things too. Youre buying all the same candy and snacks that Im getting for my nieces birthday college care package? And the ironic unicorn birthday card too? Yes, I love candy. And unicorns. At that point I just stared at her for a minute to see if her resolve would break. No dice. I ended up running around getting everything a second time. When it was time to check-out I followed her to see if she was going to buy my stuff but she ended up loitering around to avoid my snark.
