Have you ever been in a conversation with a person and they start throwing random places, people, or events into the conversation with an attempt to tie them into the conversation even though they have absolutely nothing to do with the current conversation? If not. The next time you are speaking with someone really concentrate on what they are saying. Could it be that these few individuals have something to prove to themselves or want to inform you of their current state of being and just do not know how? If you are an individual that practices this technique it leaves the other participants in the conversation dazed and confused about the conversation at hand because they find themselves trying to analyze the random places, people, or events that they lose sight of what the conversation was really about.
