Have you ever been to Mansarovar and Kailash Parvat ! Many of us like me have not been there even though we know that it is one of the wonderful places in the world that one must visit in his life . However we were not that unfortunate . We could visit these places at least in our world of imagination for the detailed and effective description of the mountain and journey that one had to take by Sri Gadadhar Parida , forer Collector of Koraput who has settled down at Doliambo in Koraput block with his farm house . Knowing that he had been there in the past , me and Priyabrata Patra ,( a great traveller , writer and an employee of LIC)at Koraput visited his farmhouse this morning to learn his experience . He was graceful in narrating the stories on hos he took up the journey two times , Once via China and the other time via Nepal . He showed us photos of Kailash Parvat and Mansarovar . We also saw a video of the region so high in altitude . It was a great moment for us .
