Name: Pepe (Yellow- Crowned Amazon Parrot) Nickname: Pepe Le Peu, Peps Back story: Echo was contacted about an escaped pet parrot found in a garden. Upon arrival it was clear that this parrot was not the native Yellow-Shouldered Amazon but a Yellow-Crowned Amazon. It is likely he was poached from a nest in Venezuela and was illegally brought to Bonaire. He cannot be released on Bonaire as he could hybridize with the Yellow-shouldered Amazons and cannot be deported back to Venezuela as he is an illegal pet. Personality- Pepe is a ladies man, with his strong stature and alluring stare. He is masculine, intense and seemingly wise. Hobbies- Pepe loves nothing more than chomping his way through branches, seed pods and coconuts. He decimates everything in reach!
