Have you ever had health or fitness goals, and feel like its not working, or like you are not changing? Whatever you try seems to be okay, but not life-changing? You may think, maybe its a slow process....but then after a while, you may think, maybe Im just not doing enough....not working out enough, not changing my diet enough, not doing something enough. All of those things are possible. But what if you are? Or what if you are not, then why? Let me ask you this.....when you think about yourself, who do you think about? Your current self (as you are today), or your goal Self (who you want to be)? Do you envision yourself as not changing, or do you envision yourself as changing? Do you believe in YOU, in change, in your abilities or progress? Do you believe that your change or goals are possible? If anything says no to you....then that is keeping you back. Any beliefs AGAINST your goals will actually pull you back....either physically, emotionally, mentally, behaviorally, etc. Who you THINK you ARE is what you ARE. So, WHO ARE YOU? Forget about what you are right now, if right now is not where you WILL be. Another way to think about this...think about when you get a cold. Do you think of yourself as always going to have a cold, or do you see yourself recovering? Do you think recovering is possible? Most of us would say YES. This is the SAME thing for your MIND. If you are not in a state of wellness that you want to be....then think of it as a TEMPORARY CONDITION that has developed for some reason....but you are doing things to recover and your body is responding RIGHT NOW. Have trust in your body, have faith in the process, and ONLY ENVISION where you are going; never where you are. YOU GOT THIS! Go THRIVE!!!!
