Have you ever heard a song that you know reaches inside of you and alters your whole mood and worldview? I have twice. 1. Bonnie Rait,Lets Give them something to talk about 2 Christopher Cross, Poor Shirley But heres the thing, when I heard Bonnie singing that song I could understand the words and got why they got me. I was driving along the other day and this song track 5 hit me ... And yet I could not understand words and therefore could not understand why the song got me. I googled Christopher Cross and some words from the song that I could understand ... And along came Poor Shirley. Reading the lyrics as Christopher sang the song was amazing and continues to be something special. May God bless you keep you.
