Have you ever tried incorporating kettlebells in to your workout? They will kick your ***. I used to use them all the time when Id CrossFit (havent been for awhile). My upper body especially has NEVER been as tired than when Id do KB swings or Turkish get-ups. I loved this article because it gives you several new ideas, and most gyms have KBs - if not out in the open - at the front desk where you can ask to check them out. Or pick up one or two to have at home, and you can train with them in the comfort of your own home. They are worth it! Hard! :) greatist/fitness/22-kick-ass-kettlebell-exercises
