Have you guys ever gone through an exchange with Valyrian Steel? I didnt even ask for it they offered it to me due to my Longclaw Damascus (#148) having a bent tip. Im not one to complain to or about a company but yeesh the whole thing was a bit of a mess. From telling me not to include the plaque since it was already displayed on my wall to then asking why the plaque wasnt included and labeling the whole thing as a return not an exchange. Also accusing me of not including the CoA when I did put in the box, they just needed to open up the sword. And when I answered those questions they never replied just sent a new sword with just the styrofoam no cardboard slip which is annoying me quite a bit but Im not dealing with their communications team again. I love their products but their customer service needs improvement.
