Have you heard? LUCY SPRAGGAN is coming back to Norwich! You might recognise her from The X Factor 2012, but Lucy Spraggan is an English singer-songwriter and musician hailing from Sheffield. Performing what she describes as ‘A-Flop’ - a mixture of hip-hop, folk, and acoustic - she has found fans across the UK and the whole world, thanks to her YouTube videos.
