Have you heard about Esther the Wonder Pig? Adopted as an ‘unwanted’ micro pig, it turned out she was actually nothing of the sort! She grew to be a fully sized sow originally intended to be killed for meat or destined for the horrors of the sow stalls (and then slaughter). The two men who took her in not only now share their home with Esther, but her companionship, affection and intelligence persuaded them both to go vegan.
