Have you heard about the Feldenkrais Method? The Feldenkrais method uses a unique combination of gentle movement patterns and body awareness training to actually improve communication between the brain and the body to restore effeciency and pleasure in movement. With this method you can improve posture, gain strenth and flexibiliy, enhance performance, and gain self-awareness.
